Current Job Openings in Digital Manufacturing–TATA Technologies Hiring
We’re actively seeking individuals who are passionate about digital manufacturing and are ready to drive innovation in the industry. Our current job openings in digital manufacturing encompass various roles, including:
- Discrete Event Simulation
- Stamping Simulation
- Die Design
- BIW Process Planning
- Robotic Simulation /Process Simulation
Skill Requirements:
- Panel formability simulations (FTI software) to give early feedback.
- Generate ideas for optimize design, costing of sheet metal.
- FCR implementation / management in Engg. Data.
- Check the simulation report and finalize the Die face.
- Die design review with supplier
- Supplier Co-ordination
- Attend Stamping die Static and Dynamic check at supplier end and check the die manufacturing status.
- Die Pre-Buyoff and Final Die Buy off at supplier end.
- Co-ordinate with shop floor team, proceed for in-house HLTO trials.
- Capacity enhancement
- Process mapping w.r.t Current Press shop process
- ECN – Change content Feasibility check in Die design
- Handling system scheme including buffer strategy, Process simulation.
- Data Management between ERC and Tool maker
- Accurately identifies safety zone, FLD, material thinning, gathering conditions, major/minor strain, spring back etc.
- Predict Blank Size
